Colleen Powers, a.k.a. "Dame Powers," is notorious for her bawdy sense of humor and outlandish stage patter. Colleen spent three years performing in Joey and Maria's Comedy Wedding at the Wilbur Theater, the Tremont Street Playhouse, and just about every Elks Club, VFW Hall, and Knights of Columbus from Portland to Hartford. A featured singer at Frank's Steak House in Cambridge, she has also appeared at the Tremont Hotel's Encore Lounge, where she was one of the winners of the annual Silver Note Awards in 2000. Colleen attended the Boston Conservatory of Music and currently studies with John O'Neill. Ms. Powers' one-woman show, Dear Diary, made its triumphant debut at Club Cafe in 2002 and played to a packed house at CabaretFest! in Provincetown in 2003.
